This Is How They Will Know You Are My Disciples - Love One Another
Big question: How can people outside the church see the way we love one another and conclude, "They must be disciples of Jesus"?
The title of this series comes from John 13:34-35. On the night before the cross, after Jesus had washed His disciples' feet, He gave them a new command: love one another as He had loved them. He then said that this visible love would become one of the clearest identifying marks of His followers: "By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another."
Jesus was not describing love as a theory. He had just demonstrated it through humble service, and He was about to demonstrate it completely at the cross. The question for us is therefore practical: What does that kind of love actually look like when people watch Christians live together?
This series focuses on visible, hands-on love rather than simply studying academic definitions of love. The aim is to help move the church culture from a knowledge-based faith toward obedient, practical discipleship.
Each message includes a Gospel anchor, a practical application, and a simple accountability step. These are draft versions of the slides used in the messages, but they should give the overall flow and teaching clearly.
